Your gap vs the model

Your ratio sits at 14.2:1. Most UAE schools run between 10:1 and 18:1 depending on stage and curriculum.
6:112:118:124:1

Move the ratio by one point and the bill moves with it. At this salary, each 1:1 change is worth about AED 384k a year.

Where this gets hard

The ratio that looked right in September is off by June.

This is a point-in-time estimate. Enrolment moves every term, salaries drift, and one resignation changes the picture. CrossVal keeps this model live against your actual payroll and books, so you catch staffing and cost drift while there is still time to act on it. How this works: classes = students ÷ average class size, rounded up. Teachers required = (classes × periods per week per class) ÷ periods a teacher teaches per week. Pupil-teacher ratio = students ÷ teachers. The annual bill = teachers × average salary. Defaults reflect a common UAE school timetable (about 40 periods per class per week and a teaching load of 26.25 periods per week); your actual model may differ, so edit the assumptions to match. This is an estimate for planning conversations, not a staffing mandate, and it covers core teaching staff, not specialist, admin, or support roles.
