Where this gets hard
This is a point-in-time estimate. Enrolment moves every term, salaries drift, and one resignation changes the picture. CrossVal keeps this model live against your actual payroll and books, so you catch staffing and cost drift while there is still time to act on it. Send yourself this result and we will walk you through it.
How this works: classes = students ÷ average class size, rounded up. Teachers required = (classes × periods per week per class) ÷ periods a teacher teaches per week. Pupil-teacher ratio = students ÷ teachers. The annual bill = teachers × average salary. Defaults reflect a common UAE school timetable (about 40 periods per class per week and a teaching load of 26.25 periods per week); your actual model may differ, so edit the assumptions to match. This is an estimate for planning conversations, not a staffing mandate, and it covers core teaching staff, not specialist, admin, or support roles.
